430不锈钢卷有以下几种状态。不同的状态有不同的耐脏、耐腐蚀能力。 NO.1、1D、2D、2B、N0.4、HL、BA、镜面等各种表面处理状态。一维表面具有不连续的颗粒形状，也称为哑光表面。加工工艺：热轧+退火喷丸酸洗+冷轧+退火酸洗。

我们在加工不锈钢板时，一般根据不锈钢产品的复杂程度和用户要求，采用机械抛光、化学抛光、电化学抛光等方法来达到镜石光泽。下面分别介绍这三种方法的优缺点：

不锈钢带材的热处理是为了消除冷轧后的加工硬化，使成品不锈钢带材达到规定的机械性能。 不锈钢带材生产中，常用的热处理方法有以下几种：

1、市面上有一种不锈钢带材的鉴别液，通过检测不锈钢带材中的镍含量就可以知道是哪种不锈钢。 2、304不锈钢带的磁性鉴别，一般磁性较大的是2系不锈钢带，无磁性或磁性较弱的是3系不锈钢带（但这两种方法都不能明确判断是否是304不锈钢带）。
